Mini Headshot Session Registration [Monday, May 6th]

Your $75 session fee includes a 20-minute shoot at our High Falls studio. Either during or shortly after the shoot you will have the opportunity to select an image for further editing and digital high-resolution download. Additional images may be edited/purchased à la carte.

Professional makeup application and/or hair styling is NOT included; however, if you'd like to coordinate with one of our team members, just let us know. Services are $75 each.

NOTE: If you are NOT able to reserve your session with PayPal and require another type of payment, please contact us directly to schedule your shoot.

CANCELLATION

A 1-week notice is required for all date changes. Cancellations made LESS THAN 1 week from the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of 50% of your session fee. Cancellations made LESS THAN 48 hours from the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of your full session fee. Your shoot will then be scheduled for the next available slot once your additional session fee has been received.

INITIAL IMAGE SELECTION

Shortly after your shoot, you will receive a link to view an online gallery of images from the session. This gallery will be active for 7 days and you will be asked to select one image as a favorite that will be edited by Morgan and Sue. If you choose to purchase additional edited images, you can select those as favorites as well. Once your selected image(s) have been edited, you'll be given a link to an updated online gallery with the ability to download the high resolution image(s) directly to your computer/device. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. MS. Studio does guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and want you to be more than happy with your heirloom images.

IMAGE COPYRIGHT

I understand that all images taken by MS. Studio (Morgan Dawson or Sue Zeccola) are protected by copyright law and that it is illegal to scan, copy, print or reproduce them in any way without permission from MS. Studio. If images are shared online, please consider tagging MS. Studio, Morgan Dawson Photography, Sue Zeccola Photography and any applicable hair and makeup artist when possible!

MODEL RELEASE

MS. Studio (Morgan Dawson and Sue Zeccola) and our team of hair and makeup artists would love to include their favorite images from your session in their portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant them permission to use images from this session on their websites, marketing materials, and social media sites. Your images will never be sold or used for other purposes without your approval.

Thank you for registering for your Mini Headshot session. We are excited to work with you!

The studio address is 464 State Street, Suite 202 in Rochester, NY. Parking and the studio entrance are both behind the building. If you'd like us to send you more directions and images of the building, please just let us know. Please plan on arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start. You may use the buzzer outside the door for entry if the main door is locked.

If you are unsure of what to wear, feel free to bring more than one outfit with you and we can help you make a selection.

Your session does NOT include professional makeup application or hair styling. If you are interested in working with our amazing team, we'd be more than happy to help coordinate. These optional services would be $75 each.
